Perfect!

We love the Nestera coop for our 4 chickens, and most importantly, so do they. It’s a bit more expensive than your average wooden coop but it’s going to last for many years to come and it’s so easy to clean and disinfect. It took us approximately 2 hours to build, including installing the automatic door opener. We would definitely recommend this product.

My general rule is to ask 50-75% of the current retail price of goods that are "as good as new", which these will be as they are pretty indestructible . If it were a wooden coop then it would be worth less than 10% of its new value.
