Heavy weight translucent PVC tarpaulin 310GSM (Normal clear tarp is 70-170GSM, green/Silver is 100-140GSM)

Clear glass tarps allow light in and its light that promotes hens to lay eggs, not temperature.

2m wide runs

2mx3.6m will cover eve to ground one side
2mx4.6m will cover ground to ground

3m wide runs

2mx3.6m will cover eve to eve
2mx4.6m will cover eve to ground

4m wide runs

2mx3.6m too small
2mx4.6m will cover eve to eve

For other runs just measure the roof area and allow 10cm down the side as a drip line.

Amazing delivery

I ordered this a day before the country stopped for Christmas following the destruction of our original cover leaving the hens exposed to the elements.
